Inside Out Home Solutions is a small, locally run remodeling company. You deal with the owner, the same crew shows up every day, and the person who quoted your project is the person who stands behind it.
We work on the houses this region actually has: Chicago brick bungalows with 5x7 baths and plaster walls, split-levels and ranches from the 1960s and 70s, and subdivision homes from the 80s onward where the builder-grade finishes have finally had enough. That mix is why we keep the service list short — bathrooms, basements, kitchens and gutter protection — instead of claiming to do everything.
Most of what goes wrong in remodeling isn't the tile. It's the parts nobody talks about: waterproofing behind the walls, a subfloor that was never right, a drain that's an inch off, or a village inspection nobody planned for. We price those in honestly up front and tell you when something we find changes the picture.
Veteran-owned means a couple of practical things here. Work starts when we said it would. The site gets cleaned before we leave. And when there's a problem, you hear it from us first rather than finding it yourself.
