Do you handle permits and inspections?+
Yes. Where a village or the City of Chicago requires a permit for plumbing, electrical or structural work, we pull it and coordinate the inspections as part of the project.
Can I use my own tile, vanity or fixtures?+
Absolutely. Plenty of homeowners buy their own finishes. We'll review the selections first so nothing arrives that won't fit the space or the rough-in.

We walk the space, talk through what you want, and put together an itemized estimate covering labor, materials and allowances so you can see where the money goes before anything is signed.
